I demonstrate the practices and knowledge of Ag Real Estate and have the tools that will support you along the way.  

  We’ve all heard before that if you build a new home you would do it better a second time.  My goal is to move you to the country for a lifetime and I have done it before. I want to guide and educate you with the tools you need to make informed decisions and be successful whether it is buying, selling, or both.   Together we will ask the right questions. Where is the well, what do you know about the septic, does the property have irrigation, are there easements? Country purchases are more than just a house. It is land and a lifestyle.

My partnerships will influence the way you buy and sell your ranchette and give you confidence in  order to accelerate the process.

Financing, inspections, appraisals, irrigation, farm leases, and so much more goes into the process.  My partnerships and resources will help to make the transition smooth. Communication is key in any real estate transaction.  I take pride in creating lasting friendships during the process and strive to reassure my clients with trust that I will manage the transaction with their best interest in mind.  I have a list of valued relationships that I have created over the last 10 years that I utilize during process so that we have a fantastic end result.
